Ready

Well the orders are coming in and the planning is beginning. We plan to cook 1/2 dozen pork butts, a few briskets and some ribs (for me). Radu will be deliverying all the goodies so watch out for him on the road. As for me…I start cooking Friday and finish Sunday AM…packaging everything up and sending it on its way.
